Bachelor of Information Technology

Offered by the Department of Computer Science and Information Technology, Faculty of Science and Technology, the Bachelor of Information Technology (BIT) is a three-year, full-time degree programme accredited by the National Council for Higher Education.

The programme combines solid engineering practices with knowledge of management and business processes, preparing graduates for careers spanning software development, network deployment, IT management, and IT maintenance. Students gain practical, hands-on skills across software, networks, web systems, databases, and internet services, alongside management, communication, and human-behavior coursework.

Programme Objectives
Graduates of the BIT programme will be able to:
